The Bugle Back Issues 2014-17

As part of the website refresh, we have brought together all past editions of The Bugle under one menu location. Now, when you want to browse your favourite newsletter, just hover your mouse over The Bugle in the top menu, and select The Bugle Newsletter.

This blog goes one step further by rounding up issues which previously were circulated by hand.

In the early days, then-editor David Webb produced the newsletter in physical format on a quarterly basis. Here in one omnibus edition, are all the back issues under David’s editorship, from 2014-17.

As a current member of the Bugle editorial
team I found it absolutely fascinating to read the back issues, which were produced long before I came to the village. I’m proud to carry on the tradition of the Bugle and hope we can do justice to the professionalism of previous editorial teams.

It’s heartening to see how far this village has come in the eight years since The Bugle was launched.

While there have been occasional lapses in momentum during this time, as inevitably happens in longterm initiatives, we as a community go from strength to strength.

The Bugle does much to foster this community spirit. Much thanks to all editorial staff past and present for all your hard work and enthusiasm. It is much appreciated.
