There are in fact two meetings. The first is for the election of churchwardens and anyone resident in the parish can participate. Marje Caie will be standing for re-election, and there is a vacancy for a second churchwarden. If you are interested in standing for churchwarden, please contact Marje (01454 218072 marje.caie@burtonwilts.org.uk) ahead of the meeting.
The main meeting is for receipt of the annual report and the election of the parochial church council (PCC), sidesmen/women, and the deanery synod representative. Those on the church electoral roll may participate. Ian and Ann Wilson are kindly standing for re-election to the PCC and there is one additional vacancy. If you are interested in standing for the PCC please contact Marje as above.
